Overview
Majestic sells products to customers in Kuwait through a web storefront and in-store counters. The team manages categories, brands, pricing, promotions, and delivery. They needed a system that connected the online shop, payments, orders, and inventory in one place.
The Challenge
Majestic needed a single place to sell products online and in store. Catalog updates, promotions, cart checkout, delivery addresses, and payment methods were hard to keep aligned. Staff also needed clear order status and stock visibility. They needed an e-commerce system that covered the storefront, checkout, and day-to-day store operations.
The Solution
We built a Laravel e-commerce platform with a product catalog, brand and category browsing, cart, and checkout. Customers can save favorites, apply promocodes, use wallet balance, and pay through KNET, MyFatoorah, UPay, or cash on delivery. Admins manage items, stock, orders, sliders, banners, and a POS counter for in-store sales.
The Result
Customers can shop from the website with a full cart and checkout flow. Staff update products, promotions, and order status from one admin panel. Branch teams can take counter sales in POS without leaving the same catalog and stock records.
Our approach
- Discover: Reviewed catalog structure, checkout steps, delivery address needs, and payment methods used by customers.
- Design: Structured products, categories, brands, cart rules, and order states for web and POS use.
- Build: Delivered the storefront, cart and checkout, customer accounts, admin catalog tools, POS, and local payment integrations.
- Refine: Improved product browsing, promotion handling, order workflows, and stock reporting used by store staff.
